  • GPS Tracking.
  • The Field App uses GPS tracking to monitor the locations of field executives for operational efficiency and safety purposes. You may choose to enable or disable location tracking through your device settings; however, disabling GPS tracking may impact certain functionalities of the Field App.

    • Certain features or functionality ("Features") of the App may collect or be dependent on data related to your geographic location ("Location Data"). If you wish to use these Features, you agree to provide or to make your Location Data accessible to us. To the extent that we do collect Location Data, we shall use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy (defined below). If you do not provide or make such Location Data accessible then the Features may be limited or not operate.
    • The Product Software may make use of location data sent from your devices. Where applicable, you can turn off this functionality at any time by turning off the location services settings for the Product Software on the device. If you use the Product Software, you consent to us and our affiliates' and licensees' transmission, collection, retention, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to provide and improve location-based and road traffic-based products and services.
    • The Company, the App Store, Distributors or other providers or their partners may collect, maintain, process and use your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your mobile device as necessary to provide the Application’s full functionality. By using or activating any location-based services on your mobile device, you agree and consent to the Company's, and such parties' collection, maintenance, publishing, processing and use of your location data to provide you with such services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by turning off the location-based feature on your mobile device or by not using any location-based features. Turning off or not using these features may impact the functionality of the Application. Location data provided by the Application is for basic navigational purposes only and is not intended to be relied upon in situations where precise location information is needed or where erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete location data may lead to inaccurate services. Use of a real time route increases the accuracy. Neither us, nor such parties guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of information or location displayed by the Application.
    • erpOne will make use of location data sent from the Device when you activate the 'start journey' or ‘Always share with parent’ feature. You can choose to deactivate this functionality at any time by turning off either function or the location services settings for erpOne on your Device, however this will limit your use of the App. The App only tracks your location on journeys when you have started the tracking feature. We stop tracking when you activate the ‘stop journey’ feature or switch off the ‘Always share with parent’ toggle. You should turn on the tracking feature as you are about to start your journey and when you reach your destination so as to accurately understand the journey taken.
    • We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.
  • Push Notifications :
  • We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

  • Service / Business Transaction History Links
  • Our solutions send emails on behalf of our clients to their registered employees and customers. These emails may include secure links that allow customers to view their service / business transaction history. These links are designed to provide convenient access while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the data.

  • The Web App and Field App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
